Clinic-Based Pediatric Physical Therapy

Prefer to have your sessions in a dedicated space outside the home? Dr. Nicole sees clients weekly at her clinic inside The Denver Village—a wellness-focused community space in central Denver.

Clinic sessions are ideal for families outside our in-home travel radius or for those who prefer a setting with specialized equipment and novel toys that support gross motor development and strengthening—tools that aren’t always portable.

Services begin with a 75-minute in-home evaluation, followed by 60-minute sessions tailored to your child’s specific needs. Each session includes hands-on treatment, purposeful play, and a variety of modalities, including the Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Total Motion Release (TMR) Tots, and infant massage. You’ll leave with updated activities to support your child at home, and always feel supported as a key part of your child’s care team.

Virtual Physical Therapy

If you live outside the Denver Metro area or your schedule doesn’t allow for in-person visits, we can conduct the 60-minute initial evaluation and follow-up sessions via telehealth. Virtual Physical Therapy services are available for Colorado residents only. Dr. Nicole will complete a comprehensive systems review, assess your child's functional abilities, and listen to your concerns. In addition, she will observe your child and demonstrate and explain play-based activities, functional movements, and exercises to target strength, balance, coordination, etc., to address areas of need and work toward your child’s goals. Parents and guardians will leave the session with practical activities to incorporate into their child’s daily routine. After the visit, you will receive a detailed email recapping what we covered and individualized purposeful play activity recommendations for your child.

Virtual Milestone Consultations

Get access to Dr. Nicole’s expertise from the comfort of your home. The 30-minute virtual milestone consultations are designed for parents and guardians seeking guidance on their child’s development. Whether you need tummy time coaching, milestone check-ins, head shape guidance, infant massage instruction, or anything else, we are here to support you. We will discuss guided purposeful play to promote gross motor skills and development at home, recommend repositioning strategies, offer strategies to set up your child’s environment for optimal skill development and provide general education on age-appropriate activities to enhance strength, balance, coordination, and more.

Please note although we are physical therapists, these virtual sessions are wellness-based offerings and are not intended to be physical therapy services. Due to state licensing restrictions, we can only diagnose, evaluate, or treat your child if you are a Colorado resident. These sessions are not considered medical treatment.
