Join Dr. Nicole Schremp, pediatric PT and founder of Movevery, for a gentle, hands-on Denver infant movement session designed to release tension, support milestone progression, and help your baby feel more comfortable in their body.
During these 20-minute complimentary sessions, Dr. Nicole blends therapeutic techniques—including infant massage, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), and Total Motion Release Tots (TMR Tots)—to support:
Tummy time comfort
Early motor milestones
Torticollis & head preference
Plagiocephaly/head shape
Reflux-related tension
Overall body balance and ease
Each session is rooted in therapeutic movement, offering individualized support to help your baby build strong developmental foundations from head to toe.

Thrive After Birth is a nurturing, in-person Denver postpartum support series designed to guide you through the tender weeks and months after birth. Over six weeks, you’ll learn from a team of perinatal experts—including specialists in mental health, postpartum nutrition, lactation, chiropractic care, infant development, and nervous system regulation.
Each week introduces a new theme and practical tools to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, along with grounded conversations that normalize the postpartum experience. You’ll also find connection, community, and a safe space to share your story with fellow parents who truly understand this season.
Whether you’re a few weeks or a few months postpartum, this series offers compassionate support to help you move from surviving to fully thriving.

This hands-on infant development class blends education, purposeful play, and guided practice to help caregivers feel confident supporting their baby at home.
