Thrive After Birth is a nurturing, in-person Denver postpartum support series designed to guide you through the tender weeks and months after birth. Over six weeks, you’ll learn from a team of perinatal experts—including specialists in mental health, postpartum nutrition, lactation, chiropractic care, infant development, and nervous system regulation.
Each week introduces a new theme and practical tools to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, along with grounded conversations that normalize the postpartum experience. You’ll also find connection, community, and a safe space to share your story with fellow parents who truly understand this season.
Whether you’re a few weeks or a few months postpartum, this series offers compassionate support to help you move from surviving to fully thriving.

This series is most impactful during the first 16 weeks postpartum, but parents with older babies are warmly welcomed.
